My stay was quite enjoyable overall, with clean and comfortable rooms paired with a lovely and attentive staff. Although I did notice construction noise during the day while I was relaxing on the balcony, the amenities offered made my experience pleasant. The resort's proximity to Puerto Morelos is a plus, but be aware of the ongoing expansion. Dining was good but could use a bit more variety.
